Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
Your chosen plan begins on day 8. If you don't subscribe before then, your account moves to read-only — all your audit data stays accessible but no new content deliveries are created. Resubscribe at any time to resume.
How does Rankply measure AI visibility?
We run your tracked prompts through each AI engine and analyse the full responses, recording whether your brand was mentioned, its position, and sentiment. Your score is the percentage of prompts where your brand appeared. Checks run monthly — and on demand if you purchase an additional check.
Can I customise the prompts Rankply tracks?
Yes. We suggest prompts during registration based on your industry and website. You review, edit, add, or remove them at any time from your dashboard. Your monthly audit uses whatever prompts are active in your account at the time it runs.
What happens if I exceed my monthly prompt limit?
Tracking continues for your existing active prompts — nothing stops. You can add more prompt capacity as a one-off add-on purchase, or upgrade to a plan with a higher limit. Limits reset on your billing anniversary each month.
Which plan should I start with?
Standard if you're exploring GEO for the first time and want one blog post per month. Plus if you're ready to grow with multiple content types and PR included. Pro if you want maximum output and all AI engines tracked. All plans have a 7-day free trial — try Standard and upgrade when ready.
Can I change my plan after subscribing?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period — you keep all current features until then.
Can I purchase extra services on top of my plan?
Yes. Extra blog posts, PR placements, social posts, and on-demand audit components can all be purchased individually from your dashboard. Prices are shown transparently before you pay.
If you change a plan's perks later, what happens to my subscription?
Existing subscribers are grandfathered — the exact services and features your plan included on the day you subscribed are snapshotted to your account and continue forever. Changes to plans only apply to new sign-ups.
Are prices the same in GBP, EUR, and CAD?
We set prices per currency — not auto-converted. Use the currency switcher in the footer to see your local pricing. Once subscribed, your currency is locked and shown on every invoice.
